THE CRITICAL DECADE 2013: Climate change science, risks and responses

A key report from the national Climate Commission, 2013.

The report begins by describing the basics of climate change science – how the climate works and how human activities are affecting climate.

Section 2 examines observations of the changing climate and what is expected for the future.

Section 3 focuses on what these changes in the climate mean for people and natural ecosystems and inlcudes a section on the risks of climate change by sector.

The final section explains how an understanding of science and risks can inform our responses.
