A life-skill coach, trainer and consultant, is an empathetic listener and provides comprehensive counseling programme for all age groups. Conducts various developmental programmes –a podium for self examination, interactions and integration via experiential programmes on concepts of mental well being. Counsels groups towards social and emotional growth. Consults with parents, peers and staff to enhance their effectiveness in helping clients overcome their various concerns in life. Is an expert in group therapies such as assertiveness, anger management, aggression management, social skills and leadership development. Has vast experience in teaching Psychology subjects. Well versed with psychometric testing, analysis and interpretation of results. Passionate on caring for the underprivileged people and healthy environment and eco systems,she initiated a Collegiate Social Responsibility club of PESIT in 2012 and is coordinating such activities to add value addition in young minds. Coined CSR activities in ICFAI Business School where she previously served and coordinated it for more than two years. Research Work: Presented more than five papers in international seminars and conferences and also many in national conferences. Bagged the best paper award in the international conference on “Applied Psychology in transforming Education and management Sciences in the context of globalization” conducted by The Indian Academy Of Applied Psychology, in June 2012. Presenting papers, at least two papers per year. The latest international paper presented is” CSR-A process inculcating value among young minds“ at the Cr+3 Conference held at Latrobe University Melbourne, Australia.
