Dr Tim Williams is a Lecturer at the UTS Business School. Tim has a background as a leading corporate sustainability practitioner and so has a passion for connecting the worlds of sustainability research, practice and teaching. His research explores how how organisations transition toward sustainability and how this can be encouraged, with a focus on the role of important but neglected organisational practices and processes, such as strategy-making and the activity and agency of sustainability managers and the nature of their ‘sustainability work’. Reflecting the hybrid nature of sustainability in management education, Tim leads teaching across the interlinked areas of corporate sustainability, strategic management and innovation.
