Vocational Graduate Certificate in Education and Training for Sustainability
If you are an educator or sustainability practitioner in any level of
government, the community sector or private enterprise, early childhood,
primary, secondary, vocational or higher education, this course will build your
capability to drive meaningful, measureable and long lasting change in your
organisation or community.
This course emphasises environmental sustainability while also acknowledging the interconnectedness of a healthy environment, social justice, equity and economic vitality.
The program will be delivered through a combination of 3 x 3-day face to face
intensive workshops; online web conferences; self-guided research and work based
projects. Students will need to study on average approximately 7 hours per week
to complete this course.
Applicants for the Vocational Graduate Certificate in Education and Training for
Sustainability are expected to have:
• Education qualification recognised by
your industry area
• Practical experience relevant to education, learning,
training or community engagement
• A demonstrated capacity to undertake study
at a graduate level
• Access to a workplace or organisation where teaching
and learning and change management projects can be implemented and evaluated.
